COMMUNITY CULTURAL WORKSHOPS

Generative workshops for, by and with our community

New Arab American Theater Works is excited to continue our popular community cultural workshop series in 2025.  These workshops are a chance for community to gather in a low-stakes environment and to participate in cultural work led by the SWANA and Muslim community.

We are looking for proposals for 2 hour workshops that could be held in our Open Book studio space or the Open Book performance hall.  These workshops would be self contained, and participants would go away having a community artistic experience relevant to our cultural work. Facilitators are paid a stipend.

Proposals are due December 20, 2024.
